We offer transparent flat-rate shipping for all standard parcel orders to the Continental United States.
Orders of $150.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping

2. Heavy and Oversized Equipment Shipping
Due to carrier restrictions, large or heavy items (including but not limited to lawn mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and heavy attachments) do not qualify for standard flat-rate or free shipping.
Shipping costs for heavy equipment are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and destination zip code.
The exact shipping fee will be displayed at the final checkout screen before you complete your purchase.

3. Free In-Store Pickup
You can bypass shipping fees by picking up your order directly at our dealership.
Pickup Location: 1624 Highway 100, Centerville, TN 37033-1015
Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Sunday: Closed
Readiness: In-stock items are typically ready for pickup within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding Sundays and federal holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
If your order faces an unexpected delay due to stock availability, we will notify you immediately via email.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to physical street addresses within the Continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on machinery parts and liquids.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Shipment Tracking & Damages
Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking links activate within 24 hours.
Damages: Gossett Farm Equipment, LLC is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please report it to info@gossettfarmequipment.com within 48 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for verification.
