Life on the farm is unpredictable, and projects change. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return window for most stocked items. If you purchased a part that wasn't quite right, or if your project took a different turn, simply bring the item back in its original, unopened packaging. We want our shop to be a resource for your success, not a place where you regret an investment.

If a product is defective or fails to perform as the manufacturer promised, we take it personally. Unlike big-box retailers who might send you to a 1-800 number, we invite you back to our counter. Our expert technicians will personally inspect the item. If it’s broken, we’ll fix it. If it’s faulty, we’ll replace it. If we can’t make it perfect, we’ll refund it.
